With spring right around the corner and getting ready to uncover the lavender plants from our Wisconsin winter, we first get to enjoy the maple syrup season.
We started making maple syrup about 3 years ago. Of course we thought" how hard could this be?" Well maybe it's not so hard... but it is a lot of learning and takes time, and of course we've upgraded our equipment every year. It's a very fun hobby and we enjoy our product all year. This year we tapped 24 trees which is double from last year, so hopefully have more to share. So here we go!!
